Goals

On Jillian Michaels 2010 there are several tips between exercises. One of them says to make daily, weekly, monthly, and ultimate goals and to write them down. I have all of my goals written down but they are sort of scattered so I am making a post specific to my goals.

My Daily Goals:
  • Drink 64 ounces of water each day
  • Eat every 3-4 hours
  • Take a multivitamin each day
  • Drink 1 protein shake each day
  • Record my weight, height, BMI, and exercises done in my "journal"

My Weekly Goals:

  • Exercise 2.5 hours each week
  • Update this blog using the information recorded in my "journal"

My Monthly Goals:

  • Measure myself and record it in my "journal" to be posted on this blog
My Ultimate Goals:
  • Get my weight down to 135 pounds
  • Get my BMI down to 21.8
  • If nothing else, reach a healthy weight and BMI which would be 154 pounds or less and a BMI of 24.9 or less

So there you have it! I have written my goals down for all to see! The thing that is best about these goals is that they are all very achievable! That is why I will succeed!
